A Locked Heart
To get started on a good note i’d like to post a poem of mine called ”A Locked Heart”
A Locked Heart
You promised me you would always love me
Promised, that you would sail the greatest sea…
To convey your love, care and affection,
were they just little lies of perfection?
What am I to think when you don’t hold me?
You had my heart in your hands with the key.
Only to throw it out, without a care,
now my heart is now broken beyond repair…
The key is lost in the sea you never sailed…
for that mission you had evidently failed.
You didn’t even give me back the key.
My heart is now locked, for eternity…
